You can update your profile details online by accessing your Fullstaq Marketer back office. Listed below are several of the most commonly requested items that you may be looking to change, and instructions on how to do so:


Change Password:

  • Sign into your back office
  • Click "Members" and a drop-down menu will appear
  • Select "Change Password" on menu
  • On the next page type in the new password (twice for verification) 
  • Click the Change Password.
  • Click the green Save Account Settings button at the bottom/center of the screen
  • The screen will reload with a "Password Successfully Changed" message. 


Change Email Address:

  • Sign into your back office
  • Click "Members" and a drop-down menu will appear
  • Select "Change Email" on menu
  • On the next page type in the new password (twice for verification) 
  • Click the Change Email.
  • The screen will reload with a "Email Successfully Changed" message. 


Please remember that once you change your email on file, this will ALSO change the email address you use to log into your back office. 


Change Name, Address, or Phone Number:
